My forest bathing experience with Phyllis Look was far more than a walk in a beautiful garden. It was an invitation to slow down, pay attention, and rediscover my relationship with the living world around me. Her gentle presence, wisdom, and skill as a guide created a space where I felt both grounded and renewed.
What impressed me most was how naturally she helped us move beyond simply observing nature to truly being in conversation with it. The experience awakened gratitude, wonder, and a deeper sense of connection. Our time together was rich with meaningful reflection, laughter, silence, and insight.
Phyllis brings extraordinary warmth, attentiveness, and authenticity to her work. She guides without forcing, teaches without preaching, and creates the conditions for each person to discover their own experience. I left feeling restored in body, mind, and spirit.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking reflection, healing, and a deeper connection with the natural world. I wholeheartedly recommend Phyllis Look and Forest Bathing Hawaiʻi. This was one of the most meaningful wellness experiences I have had, and I will carry its gifts with me for a long time. — Radmar Jao, SJ
